Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Wave & Wear, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time across India. Please review our shipping, delivery, and payment terms below.

Shipping Details

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on eligible orders across India. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order.

  • Order Dispatch: Orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 business days after order confirmation.

  • Delivery Timeline: Once dispatched, orders usually take approximately 5–7 business days to be delivered. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier serviceability, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Shipping Partners: We work with trusted logistics partners, including Delhivery and Blue Dart, to provide a reliable delivery experience.

Payment Options

We offer both Prepaid and Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) payment options on eligible orders.

Prepaid Orders

  • Customers who choose to make the full payment online can enjoy an additional 5% discount at checkout.

  • The additional 5% prepaid discount will be applied through our supported online checkout/payment system, subject to the applicable offer terms displayed at checkout.

  • The final payable amount, including the applicable discount, will be displayed before payment is completed.

Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD)

  • Customers choosing Partial COD are required to pay ₹199 online in advance at the time of placing the order.

  • The remaining order amount must be paid to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

  • No additional COD handling charge will be charged to the customer.

  • The ₹199 advance payment forms part of the total order value and is not an additional charge over and above the product/order value.

  • The order will be confirmed for COD processing only after successful payment of the ₹199 advance amount.

  • Customers may request cancellation of a Partial COD order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been processed or dispatched.

  • If a cancellation request is made after 24 hours of placing the order, or after the order has been processed or dispatched and can no longer be cancelled, the ₹199 Partial COD advance payment will be non-refundable.

  • The ₹199 Partial COD advance payment will also be non-refundable if the shipment cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer, including refusal to accept the order, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts due to customer unavailability, incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, or failure to respond to the courier's delivery attempts.

  • If an order is cancelled by Wave & Wear or cannot be fulfilled due to reasons attributable to Wave & Wear, the ₹199 advance payment will be handled in accordance with our applicable cancellation and refund terms.

Made-to-Order Items

Some of our products may be specially made or prepared after an order is placed to ensure premium quality and exclusivity. The processing and delivery timeline for such products may differ from our standard delivery timeline. Where applicable, the estimated timeline will be communicated during order confirmation.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared with you through email and/or WhatsApp, where applicable. You can use the tracking information provided to monitor the delivery status of your order.

Important Notes

  • Delivery may be delayed during festivals, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, courier disruptions, high-order-volume periods, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Delivery is subject to the serviceability of the shipping address by our logistics partners.

  • If additional shipping charges apply to a particular location or order, they will be communicated or displayed wherever applicable.

  • Orders containing multiple products may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. In such cases, the packages may be delivered at different times.

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number when placing an order.

  • Please ensure that you or an authorized person is available to receive the shipment at the provided delivery address, particularly for Prepaid and Partial COD orders.

  • For Partial COD orders, the ₹199 advance payment is non-refundable if delivery is unsuccessful due to customer-related reasons, including refusal to accept the shipment, repeated customer unavailability, incorrect or incomplete delivery details, or failure to respond to delivery attempts.

  • For Partial COD orders, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order and before the order has been processed or dispatched. If the cancellation request is made after this period, or after the order has reached a stage where cancellation is no longer possible, the ₹199 advance payment will be non-refundable.

  • Delivery timelines mentioned above are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Wave & Wear.
