We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward 3 - days return and exchange policy.
Key Guidelines:
- Order Modification and Cancellation:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
- Beyond 24 hours, cancellations are not possible.
- Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- Items must be returned within 3 days of receipt in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- Accessories, free gifts, and promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Handling Charges: Each item can be exchanged once free of charge (no handling fee). If you wish to exchange the same item again (2nd time), a handling fee of ₹150 will apply.
- Sale Products: Items purchased during sales or at special discounts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- In case of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
- We strongly encourage recording a video while unboxing the shipment as proof for claims.
- Refunds:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed back to your mode of payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
- Exchanges:
- Exchanges are processed within 8-10 working days from the pickup date.
- Each item can be exchanged once free of charge (no handling fee). If you wish to exchange the same item again, a handling fee of ₹150 will apply. The second exchange request must be made within 24 hours of delivery, as requests made after this period will not be accepted.
